What Is SuperLife World?

Based in Malaysia, SuperLife World is a health and wellness MLM company founded by Lai Tek Kean in 2017. There isn’t much background info of the founder available on the internet.

They offers health supplements that claim to be able to improve your overall health condition, which I will go into more profound in the next section.

Besides marketing health supplements, they also provide MLM business opportunity for people who decide to make money by promoting their products and recruit new members into their MLM networks.

SuperLife World is considered a fast-growing company. Over the past 3 years in the business, they’ve expanded their business to over 40 countries across the world.

You can watch the short business intro video below to learn more about the “surface stuff” of the business before we get into deeper and see if this opportunity really that promising or just an MLM hype.

SuperLife World Product Line

SuperLife World only market 3 main nutritional supplements – namely, SuperLife Total Care 30, SuperLife Colon Care 15, and SuperLife Immune Care. Their benefits are described as follows:

  • SuperLife Total Care 30 – “prides itself as the origin of stem cells in the treatment and prevention of diseases.”
SuperLife Total Care 30
SuperLife Total Care 30
  • SuperLife Colon Care 15 – “enhances the health of your colon with essential ingredients such as Fibersol-2, Chlorophyll, Amla Extract, Green Apple Powder, Beet Root Powder, Aloe Vera Powder, Astaxanthin, Grape Seed Powder, Milk Thistle Extract, Psyllium Husk Powder, Probiotics and Multivitamins.”
  • SuperLife Immune Care – “a proprietary blend of nature’s finest ingredients, powered with AFA Concentrate and Co-Q10.”

You won’t find any retail pricing of these products on the SuperLife website.

My guess is they required you to purchase the products from their distributors so that they can get a percentage of retail commission.

Customers' Feedbacks on SuperLife

SuperLife’s official website doesn’t show any customer reviews on the products, and I can’t find it on the internet either.

However, if we take a look at the comment sections across their social media profiles like Facebook and YouTube, we can know that many people are praising the quality of products and the business opportunity provided by SuperLife.

Here’re some of the screenshots and video of the customer feedbacks:

Customer reviews on SuperLife, as seen on Facebook.

I have no intention to say these reviews are fake, but I’ll take these reviews with a grain of salt because they could be affiliated with the products and are just after selling them to you.

How To Join SuperLife And Make Money?

And here’s come the most exciting part: how do you make money with SuperLife?

As you might know, the compensation plans of most MLM companies are sophisticated.

For your better understanding, I’ll give you a brief step-by-step explanation to show you the process of how you can join SuperLife and make an income out of it.

However, SuperLife World doesn’t provide any official documents for their compensation plan on the website.

The following analysis has been put together based on an official SuperLife World presentation sourced from their member.

Here’s a graphic showing you the overall process:

How you can make money with MLM

Step 1: The Joining Fee

In most cases, paying joining fee or introductory fee is always a MUST for you to join an MLM program. SuperLife has no different here.

To take part in their MLM program, you are required to purchase their membership package. Here’s the list of the available packages:

  • Starter – $61
  • Star – $110
  • Supreme – $440
  • Super – $1100

The 2 main differences between the packs are the income potential and bundled SuperLife World products.

The more expensive packages you bought, the more commissions and bundled SuperLife World products you shall receive.

Step 2: Ways To Earn Commission

There’re a few ways to earn commissions from SuperLife World. Let me list them out for your information:

Retail Commission

Even though they don’t mention retail commission in the slide, but I’m sure you can earn a percentage of commission by selling products to the retail customer.

Recruitment Commission

You’ll earn a percentage of commission by recruiting new members to join the MLM program.

Residual Commission

This commission is payout via their binary compensation structure, as shown in the figure below.

Binary Compensation Structure

It’s a typical commission that you can earn in any MLM program.

How much you can earn depends on your ranking on their board, and the size of your downline team.

The bigger your downline team, the higher you’ll be ranked on their board. And hence, the more commissions you’ll be qualified to earn from the recruitment and sales made by your downlines.

Key-In Bonus

This is an additional cash bonus (vary from $1.50 to $30) paid to their high achiever.

—————————-

I have tried to explain how you can get paid from SuperLife in simple language.

If you wish to learn more about the details of their compensation plan, but you don’t want to overwhelm yourself with the 52 pages long presentation slides, you can watch their video explanation instead:

Step 3: Leverage Your Downline Team

The last thing you should do is try your very best to recruit as many people as possible to build a reliable downline team and earn commissions.

I am not sure about you, but whenever I say “leverage” your downlines to earn commissions, I always feel guilty because that’s kinda like “using” other people for your own purpose.

But in reality, it’s an undeniable fact in Multi-Level Marketing.

Forming a downline team that can branch out your circle to maximizes your earning potential is always the ideal way to succeed in MLM than just selling stuff.

Pros

Quite frankly, unlike the other health & wellness companies like Melaleuca and Purium. I don’t think there’s something great worth mentioning for this MLM company.

This company doesn’t have any unique selling points that caught my attention.

Cons

1) Pay-to-win Business

If you want to earn more commissions in the beginning, the only way out is to buy the most expensive membership package as it has the highest income potential.

It’s unfair for a beginner who runs on a tight budget.

2) Heavy Emphasis on Recruitment

Like I said earlier, they don’t mention much about the retail commission in the presentation slides.

It clearly shows that recruitment has the most substantial income potential in SuperLife instead of retail commission.

In other words, if you don’t recruit, you’ll lose.

3) Not Enough Information on Their Website

For a company that’s been around for more than 2 years, there seems to be incomplete information on their product pages (no pricing) and their membership costs posted on their website.

That put me into hardship when I tried to research their company background.

4) Questionable Products

This is a very straightforward reason that I have mentioned earlier in this article.

They claim their products are scientific-proven, but you won’t find any authorized certification that supports their claim on the website.

It’s a BIG red flag as nobody would know if their products could be consumed daily.

5) Competitive Niche

Health and wellness is a very competitive niche in the MLM industry.

For you to stand out from the crowd, your closing/marketing skill must be excellent to make more sales and recruitment.

It’s a nice way to train your mentality and closing skills because you might get rejected countless times in the beginning.

But for someone introverted and hate face-to-face selling like, MLM is definitely not for my forte.

That’s why I choose blogging. It’s a better way for me to serve you with valuable content like this one you’re reading right now 🙂

6) Most People Fail in MLM

I can’t find the income disclosure on their website, and it doesn’t available on the internet, too.

Income disclosure is an essential statement for you to know how big is the potential amount you can earn from an MLM company.

By the way, an FTC report has proved that 99% of people will fail in MLM. And I can guarantee the same thing happens in SuperLife.

Here’s the screenshot of the report, proving that I am not lying to you.

FTC states that only 1% of people are actually making money in any MLM program.

With the solid proof from FTC, and no income disclosure from SuperLife, I guess the success rate after joining their MLM program is MEAGER.

So, Is SuperLife World A SCAM?

Don’t you dare lie to me GIF

Now to one of the most critical questions. Is SuperLife World a SCAM?

After hours of research, I can say that SuperLife is not a scam.

Even though I say that it’s a legit MLM company, that doesn’t mean it’s the best MLM business opportunity I can recommend to you.

Like I said, they emphasize recruitment heavily. And they don’t provide the compensation plan on their website for reader reference. That really put me in a hard time when I’m researching their company background.

Therefore, I don’t think it’s the best business opportunity that you’ll want to get into as I reckon the success rate is meager.

Even if I say so, the choice is still yours. There’re no right and wrong answers for you to decide which business you want to get involved.

But, you should do some planning and calculation in advance to see if that business opportunity is worth your time and money or not.

You Deserve A Better Opportunity

Kudos to you! You’ve just read 1900+ words and still counting. If you make it this far, I commend your commitment.

Meanwhile, I can also feel how serious you’re when it comes to finding a proper way to make money from home.

MLM is great.

I am also not saying that people can’t make a decent living with MLM. But it often represents a tiny group of people who joined the program early.

That said, it’s challenging for people who’re BOPs (bottom-of-pyramid) to make some serious dough because they’re running out of people to “recruit”.

MLM Unilevel Compensation Structure

Instead, Affiliate Marketing is my top recommended business model for anyone to make money from home.

The reason is simple…

Advantage 1: No Recruitment Needed

  • You don’t need to “chase” after people and talk them into MLM opportunity where most people lose money.

Advantage 2: Freedom of Choice

  • You can promote any products you love and not be restricted only to promote the products from one MLM company.

Advantage 3: Low Startup Cost

  • Unlike MLM, where you’ll need to pay a pricy introductory fee to join, it takes little to no startup cost to kickstart your entrepreneurial journey in Affiliate Marketing.

You might think I’m biased, but I’m just telling the truths…

  1. I myself is never a big fan of MLM or network marketing. I have been involved with the a few in the past with no success in any of them and lost a lot of money and stuck with the products. Mary Kay anyone?

Anyways, I am glad that I found your post. My friend has been raving about SuperLife and I just have to find out what is it all about. I have to say that it is so wrong that the company makes you pay more and more to be in the higher tier. It is the worst that the product is so so as well. Will stay out of it.

    1. I agree with what you’ve said, Nuttanee.

Indeed, pay to win scheme seem unfair to beginners who are running on a tight budget.

  2. Thanks for reviewing Superlife. My friend sold me one of their products and later asked me to join as his downliner. I’m usually skeptic with MLM business model. It’s a great thing that I found your review here. While I’m glad that this isn’t a scam, I can see how hard to sell this product. I agree that health and wellness business is saturated and very competitive in MLM business. Thank you very much for this great review.

    1. It’s my pleasure to be able to provide you values with my content, my friend! You’re more than welcome.

  3. Well, this is an MLM platform, my aunt has done something like this before and she has spoken of how it is not the best to do because she ended up wasting her time on it. I see you have done a great deal of research on it to bring out everything about it here on your website. I don’t think I’ll be joining though but it’s a very good read to know how these platform work and to learn more about MLM too.

    1. Thanks for your comment, Payton.

Indeed, MLM is also not my first choice when it comes to making money from home.

It’s not because it’s illegal or not profitable, but because of all the restrictions and the expensive costs involved.

Instead, Affiliate Marketing is my top recommended business model for anyone to make money online.

      The reason is simple…

#1: You don’t have to recruit anyone to make money
#2: You have the freedom to promote any products you want and not being restricted to only promote the products from one MLM company
#3: It’s Free to get started

If you’re interested in getting started with Affiliate Marketing, I suggest you give Wealthy Affiliate a try.

To me, they’re the best learning platform for affiliate marketing.

  4. Wonderful in-depth review on SuperLife World!  I have never heard of this MLM company before until coming across your post.  I’m not a huge fan of MLM businesses because of their high rejection rates and unfortunately they have formed bad reputations over the years so most people right away assume the company and/or products aren’t trustworthy.  This isn’t to say all MLM companies are bad, there are some great ones out there.  I do like how SuperLife World focuses on a very popular niche, nutritional supplements.  Your information adds value to those looking for an online opportunity to earn revenue and you lay out detailed information about SuperLife World in a great way for people to make an informed purchasing choice. Thanks for sharing!
